Ibiza Retreat
The Brief
This company retreat was to thank the entire team for their hard work and for bringing success to the company. The trip was also to provide balance to a dedicated workforce with an event focused on enjoyment and leisure, a real contrast to their graft both that year and going forward.
Insight
- Close collaboration with the client meant that all their requirements were met in full.
- What seems like a full agenda trying to take everything in unfolded in such a way that the event was both action-packed yet calming and hopefully created some long-lasting memories for all.
- This was primarily achieved through extensive local knowledge of the island and an ongoing dialogue with the client
Event Overview
- 2 nights in a boutique hotel in Ibiza
- Experience as much of Ibiza as possible
- Mix of ‘hidden’ and famous restaurants and entertainment venues
- Offer an array of activities for all sporting tastes
We worked very closely with the company’s event team to ensure the group experienced as much as the island has to offer, and this entailed careful planning and complex transport management. The group experienced Ibiza’s inland dining, as not all the best restaurants are on the coast! They saw the sun setting on the west coast and partied in the Botafoc marina, whilst taking in one the best DJs visiting the island. There was even time for a day on yachts visiting Formentera, with a beautiful ‘feet in the sand’ lunch experience at the world-renowned Juan Y Andreas, plus an array of watersports by the hotel on the final morning.
