We take care of all the details, from arranging flights, transfers, accommodation, shuttles to and from the slopes, mountain lunches, ski instruction or guiding and nightclub reservations, so you can concentrate on enjoying yourselves. We coordinate all equipment rental in advance, hand-deliver ski passes and have relationships with some of the best live bands and DJs in the Alps!

The Ten80 Event crew have spent years skiing in the Alps. Each event is allocated an Event Manager, supported by a dedicated Ten80 team who will oversee every aspect of the trip from the moment you arrive, to the moment you leave, plus are trained to be reactive to any unforeseen plan changes.

We have no obligations to any hotel, chalet or apartment in any resort and therefore hand-pick fantastic unique accommodation to suit your group size, budget and event requirements. Furthermore, we benefit from long standing relationships with a wide range of property owners throughout the Alps and can therefore secure the best prices and flexibility, such as 4-day, 3-night trips in the most luxurious of chalets. In some instances, we also select chalets or hotels with conference or boardroom facilities, where we weave executive meetings into the itineraries.

All equipment rental (skis, boards, boots, helmets, poles, even skiwear) will be organised in advance with our selected ski rental partners. Ski passes are handed out on arrival, to maximise your time on the slopes.

We organise all private airport transfers – normally by road, but by helicopter can be arranged. When in-resort, our shuttle service ensures no time is wasted getting to and from the slopes, to après and later on to bars, nightlife and then safely home again.

We organise different levels of group instruction, private lessons or guiding with our preferred English-speaking ski school partners. Our aim is for to you feel more confident on skis or snowboard, in order to elevate to a higher level, as well as maximising your safety. The Ten80 team will orientate you around the resort to meet your instructor or guide and ensure the groups are coordinated to meet at the same time for mountain lunches and après. All instructors and guides are hand-picked based on group demographics and skiing abilities.
