Fun, Family and Friends in Ibiza
The Brief
To design an unforgettable birthday weekend for family and friends flying in from across the globe, featuring a luxury two-day experience that encouraged connection and kept the energy levels high.
Insight
The first challenge was choosing the right hotel – a blend of luxury and calm as the perfect base from which to spend a little downtime in between events. We chose the recently opened BLESS Ibiza in Cala Nova, with an infinity pool and beautiful views.
The next challenge was how to transport 80 guests from the East Coast to the best spots, no matter where they were on the Island, without it feeling like a tour group and giving guests the flexibility to go home when they needed! Our transport partners provided a fleet of luxury V Class minivans and larger minibuses, carefully scheduled to provide airport and in resort transfers.
Our in resort Ibiza team then contracted 8 of the best luxury speed boats on the Island to whizz us off in convoy to the iconic Juan y Andrea restaurant in Formentera. Sunset at La Torre, dinner and dancing at Roto and the best VIP tables at Chinois completed an event that will last in guests’ memories for a lifetime. Our preferred photographer, Lucy Toms captured every special moment of the event.
Event Overview
After a successful Ibiza event for his company, this client approached us to organise something similar for his birthday, bringing together friends and family, many who he hadn’t seen in years, over to Ibiza for an unforgettable 48 hours of fun, good food, dancing and cocktails.
Ten80 Events organised the event from the invitation stage, creating a bespoke event website to keep guests informed and in personal contact with each and every guest.
