The Brief

A two-day conference, workshop and training forum for some of the UK’s top HR executives in a beautiful, rural destination in the UK, designed to take guests out of their daily routine to influence a change of mindset.

Insight

Aspirational Soho Farmhouse offers beautiful blank canvas barn spaces, enabling Ten80 to work with the client design teams to bring their brand to life through furniture, lighting, stage design, branding and, stunning floral displays.

Highlights

As guests spent a little down time discovering their cabins and getting ready for dinner, two fully branded converted milk floats circulated the resort serving cocktails. A sumptuous dinner served family style on long banquet tables was enjoyed in a beautiful Sperry tent, glittering with festoon lights, candles and “bunting” made from dried flowers.

Conscious of the waste that occurs at many high design events, Ten80 asked the florist to dismantle all the floral designs during the final morning session and make them into small posies to give to guests on their departure – a nice touch for Mother’s Day that weekend!

Event Overview

Across the two days, delegates were invited to four interactive sessions, including informal workshops, full group and breakout cohort sessions. Topics covered ‘super-learning’, leadership and performance and the tech team selected by Ten80 delivered seamless AV. Delicious breakfasts, refreshments, lunches and suppers celebrated the Best of British. Surrounded by the Oxfordshire countryside, the excellent facilities, change of pace and the luxurious accommodation piqued creativity amongst guests.
